It's time to take HomeBase Poetry on tour around Arizona. You've been coming to us, so now we are going to come to the people. It's time to go back to AVONDALE!!! Where I moved straight from Chicago in my mid-teens. Avondale boy here!  

To keep the tour moving we will have visiting featured Poet Zachary Kluckman. He is a multi-award-winning poet who has been recognized for performance, writing, and mentorship in poetry by Red Mountain Press, Scholastic Writing & Arts and many more. A Nationally ranked slam poet with numerous poems appearing in print worldwide and  many appearances across the nation, Kluckman is a nationally ranked slam poet whose work has been widely featured online in multiple formats. He is the author of the poetry collections, The Animals in Our Flesh (Red Mountain Press, 2012), Some of It is Muscle (Swimming with Elephants Publications, LLC, 2013) and, most recently, Rearview Funhouse (Eyewear Publishing, 2023). Our feature artists come from all over the country to perform for you at HomeBase, as well as from right here in Phoenix! Our dj’s interact with the host and crowd, moving your soul with pure ear candy.  Our small business vendors will be there with unique and quality goods, services, and information that you can’t find anywhere else. But the HomeBase crew and the Citizens who have made us their home, are the best thing about us. I mean a room full of positive people with great energy…and looking good at the same time!
