About the event
We're taking HomeBase Poetry on a tour around Arizona. You've been coming to us, so now we are going coming to the people. We've been in AVONDALE over the last 2 months, so now we want to show some love with a pop-up show in the EAST VALLEY!
Joining HB as the feature poet for this Labor Day weekend show is none other than Paul Mabon. For over 20 years, actor and poet Paul Mabon has done all things poetry in Chicago, Memphis and Los Angeles. His television and movie credits include ‘Insecure', ‘Criminal Minds,’ ‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine,’ ‘Def Poetry Jam’ and ‘Verses and Flow.’ Currently, Paul plays the character ‘Alan’ in the Progressive Insurance commercial franchise and is a proud Lifetime member of The Actors Studio.
